The garden at Royball

While we like to share at EnrichLA, the birds have been getting a little greedy, so Mark Jolley installed an owl figurine at the entrance of the garden. The owl has been a very loyal contributing member of EnrichLA, watching over the garden day and night, rain or shine!

Roybal High School Garden

Two weekends ago we built let another beautiful garden at Roybal High School near Downtown Los Angeles.
This new garden is home to a picnic bench and table and a trellis for the students to enjoy.  With the skyline of Downtown in the background, this garden certainly adds something special to this campus.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for this very special day!

A Garden at Roybal Learning Center

Yesterday, Saturday December 10th, volunteers gathered at Roybal Learning Center near Downtown Los Angeles to build a garden!  We had a great day, working hard and enjoying good company (and delicious food!).

Volunteers built a trellis for our grape plants, painted garden signs, and helped weed and amend soil throughout the garden plot.  What was formerly a defunct school garden was rejuvenated and revived, and at the end of the day everyone felt happy and fulfilled!  Thank you to everyone involved!

EnrichLA hopes to continue our work throughout Los Angeles, with our motto being “A GARDEN IN EVERY SCHOOL!”
Help us accomplish this buy visiting our Kickstarter page, spreading the word, donating, volunteering, and just continuing to be supportive and encouraging of our cause.  Together, we can do anything!
