Rain Offers Good Start for Weemes Elementary

As students planted new seedlings in our garden this week, rain clouds threatened to chase us away. Luckily, we were able to plant all the seedlings between showers and all rain is now watering our new little seedlings! Additionally, the summer crops are still growing well into the winter season so we are still harvesting squash and eggplants beside our new beets and lettuce!
