Avalon Gardens Clean Up

The community garden at Avalon Gardens Housing Project is run by Garden Ranger Ed Tellis. Ed is at Avalon Gardens every Tuesday morning working with volunteers to provide garden care. He also reaches out to the local residents and hosts workshops on how to care for the garden space, and effectively grow food organically.

Built on November 22, 2013. This is EnrichLA’s first community garden. It is part of Avalon Gardens Housing Project located in South Los Angeles.
