Last week we put some muscle into the garden and transplanted our lovely artichokes to another area of the garden because the leaves were so big they were starting to block the entrance!
While we were getting down in the dirt, our chefs were putting together some lovely bruschetta kebabs! The kebabs had cherry tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella on toothpicks and were dipped in olive oil and cracked pepper – perfect for everyone working hard in the garden!
The week before we were expecting much sunnier weather, but alas we were forced to take the party indoors after some quick weeding. Instead of working in the garden we made some lovely leaf rubbing cards for someone special.
